How We Work

Every project starts with a site visit with you, your consultant or the assessor. We take the time to understand what is actually there, ask the right questions early, and write a scope based on what we have seen.

We then price the work line by line, build a programme around your dates, and confirm the sequence before work begins. Constraints such as occupied units, fire-rated walls that cannot be left open overnight, or inspection deadlines are planned for from the start.

Each project is led by one of our project managers, with a site manager running the site day to day. You have a single point of contact throughout, regular progress updates and photos, and a complete handover pack with as-built information, producer statements from the relevant trades and product warranties.
