Pinnacle Apartments

Pinnacle Apartments is a 15-storey residential tower with 58 two-bedroom apartments. Our scope was extensive passive fire remediation, with most non-compliances found in the ceiling voids and inter-tenancy walls.

To get full access, most apartments were substantially stripped out. Remedial work was then completed to the fire separations, penetrations and concealed services. Once the passive fire upgrades were done, each apartment was fully reinstated, finished and prepared for handover.
