This three-storey home was dated and no longer suited a growing family with teenagers. The layout felt tired and closed-in, with little flexibility for shared living or private space.

We delivered the renovation on a turn-key basis, engaging the architect and specialist consultants and reshaping the home around the family's needs. An interior designer was also brought in to make the internal spaces cohesive and contemporary.

The home was re-planned with clear zones, better circulation and flexible spaces that can change as the family's needs do.

To finish the project, a landscape designer reworked the back of the property. The outdoor area became a connected space for entertaining, with a pool and spa that link the indoor living areas to the garden.

The family now has a fully renewed home, from structure and interiors to landscape, that works for everyday living and entertaining.
