Insurance Reinstatements
An electrical fire gutted this commercial unit: a two-storey office and showroom with a warehouse at the rear.
Reinstatement meant rebuilding the entire premises. We worked closely with the project architect and project management team on scope, programme and approvals, so the rebuilt facility met the owner's operational needs.
The project was delivered on time and within budget. The owner was able to re-establish the business and return to full operation as planned.
